Duvolle Radiance Spin-Care System

One spin brush for all your needs.

I have always been a fan of Clarisonic, but not their prices for replacement heads, or the unit itself. Duvolle reached out to me a little over a month ago and asked if I had any interest in trying out their “Radiance Spin-Care System”. I checked out the site and a few reviews and quickly accepted the offer. Any option to get the same clean feeling that my Clarisonic used to provide is a welcome one in my book. Disclaimer: I did not receive compensation for this post. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion.

I received the package and quickly realized I couldn’t just jump right into trying it out. You heard it here first- you need batteries. It took me a few weeks to get to the store but I was pleasantly surprised with the brush once I got around to using it. Some of you may know me from my Mario Badescu sensitive skin videos. As someone who has always struggled with acne-prone, combination, very sensitive skin- you will be pleased to know that you can totally use a brush system like this with favorable results!

What you get in the package: 1 Facial Exfoliation Brush; 1 Large Body Cleansing Brush; 1 Facial Cleansing Brush; 1 Pumice Stone. What you don’t get- batteries! You will need 4 AA batteries BTW.

Initial Impressions: The brush is very quiet and powerful. I hopped in the shower and gave the Body Cleansing Brush a spin- it was easy to use on all places except my back- it was a little awkward to control the movement because the spinning action kept moving it all over my back. The Pumice Stone- not my favorite or go-to option for foot exfoliation- I found it difficult to control over my heels. I used the Facial Exfoliation Brush on the first day because it’s been a while since my face has had a good scrub- my skin felt silky smooth after as it should. I used the Facial Cleansing Brush the following morning and had the same result.

Value: This retails for $95.00- with the coupon code below you can snag this for $28.50 which is a steal, especially in comparison to a Clarisonic which can run you anywhere from $99-$199. The replacement heads come in a set and retail for $45.00; again, a steal in comparison with Clarisonic where each replacement head can run you anywhere from $27-$29 apiece.

Final Impressions: I used the brush for a month straight. Knowing how to deal with my skin type, I took special precautions not to overuse any brush to avoid major breakouts. The brushes I get the most use out of are the – Large Body Cleansing Brush and the Facial Cleansing Brush. The Pumice Stone never won me over and my skin type makes the Facial Exfoliation brush a once or twice a week thing max. If I could make one suggestion to the company I wish they would offer the replacement heads individually because as someone who uses two of the four the most, receiving the other two heads is a small waste as I would be forced to either throw them out or sell them. Overall, it’s a solid product especially at the price point and I would recommend it. If you were on the fence with purchasing a Clarisonic and didn’t because of the price, you should take a chance on the Radiance Spin-Care system, especially with the code below!
